Services
Nspire Studios provides marketing, website, video, creative, strategy, and related business-support services. The scope, deliverables, timing, pricing, and approval process for client work are governed by the applicable proposal, agreement, statement of work, or written approval.
Website Information
Website content is provided for general informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate, but do not guarantee that all content is complete, current, or error-free.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, required approvals, account access, permissions, and rights to materials they provide. Clients represent that they have the authority to authorize Nspire Studios to use supplied content, accounts, and assets for the agreed work.
Authorized Integrations
Where a client authorizes access to third-party platforms, including Google services, Nspire Studios will use that access only to provide requested services and within the permissions granted.
Clients may revoke access at any time. Revoking access may limit or prevent completion of related services.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, Nspire Studios retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, processes, templates, and materials. Final deliverables and usage rights are governed by the applicable client agreement and any third-party license terms.
Clients retain ownership of materials they provide, subject to the rights needed for Nspire Studios to perform the agreed services.
Third-Party Services
Our work may involve third-party platforms, software, hosting providers, advertising platforms, stock-asset providers, or other services. Nspire Studios is not responsible for third-party service availability, policy changes, outages, account actions, or terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Nspire Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our website or services.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
